Follow along for a a Universal Yoga Nidra that I developed in conjunction with Kamini Desai’s book. This text is included in Dream: The Art and Science of Slumber.
A 30-minute Yoga Nidra sleeping meditation followed by 30 minutes of silence.
Instructions: 1. Find a comfortable place to lie down on your back. Use a cover if you tend to feel cold.
2. Turn your phone to airplane mode.
3. Set an intention for what you would like to focus or work on.
4. Then relax and follow the instructions of my voice.
